Effective Date: 2/10/2026

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lifetime Flooring website (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.
2. Services
Lifetime Flooring provides flooring installation, remodeling, and related home improvement services. All services are governed by separate written agreements, proposals, or contracts. Website content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.
3. Estimates, Pricing & Scope Changes
All estimates are non-binding until confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties. Pricing may change due to material availability, manufacturer price increases, site conditions, measurement variances, or customer-requested changes. Any scope changes must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges or schedule adjustments.
4. Deposits & Payments
Deposits may be required prior to scheduling or ordering materials. Payment schedules are outlined in the customer’s written agreement or invoice. Failure to make payments when due may result in suspension of work, rescheduling, or contract termination. Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by Florida law.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has begun, the customer is responsible for costs incurred, including labor, materials, restocking fees, and administrative expenses. Deposits may be non-refundable as stated in the written agreement.
6. Scheduling & Delays
All project timelines are estimates only. Lifetime Flooring is not responsible for delays caused by weather, inspections, material shortages, subcontractors, acts of God, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
7. Permits & Inspections
Where required, Lifetime Flooring may assist with permits; however, permitting timelines and approvals are governed by local authorities and are not guaranteed.
8. Warranties
Any workmanship or product warranties are provided in writing and may vary by project or material. Manufacturer warranties are subject to manufacturer terms. Except as expressly stated, no other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
9. Construction Liens
Pursuant to Florida law, Lifetime Flooring reserves the right to file a construction lien for unpaid labor, services, or materials. Customers acknowledge receipt of any required lien notices as part of the contracting process.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Lifetime Flooring shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services giving rise to the claim.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
